With more than two decades of experience and a visionary spirit, Allison Williamson is the founder and force behind Bohème Salon—a space where elevated hair artistry meets holistic, nontoxic living. Known for her precision with short cuts, transformative color corrections, and modern editorial styling, Allison blends technical mastery with a deep commitment to conscious beauty.

As a certified color educator, master hair care specialist, and makeup and brow expert, Allison has trained stylists across the country. But her proudest achievement is building a salon culture rooted in wellness—for both people and planet. From prioritizing water-conscious, nontoxic services to fostering an inclusive and affirming space, she’s reimagining what it means to be a stylist, a salon owner, and a changemaker in the industry.

Outside the salon, Allison is a proud mom of two, dog-lover, and partner. She draws inspiration from art, yoga, and design—always exploring the intersection of beauty, balance, and authenticity.
